You will look for Me, but you will not find Me; and where I am, you cannot come.

Where I am
His opponents didn't understand at all. Where will he go, that we shall not find him? Will he go to the Jews scattered abroad, and teach the Greeks?
It was meant mockingly. But it is exactly what happened. Through his disciples his message went out to the Greek world and beyond. Sometimes people speak the truth without knowing it.
Question for today
Where am I looking for Jesus in the wrong place?
Prayer
Lord, let me seek you where you really are. And let me find you. Amen.
