My kingdom is not of this world; if it were, My servants would fight to prevent My arrest by the Jews.

What is truth?
Pilate asked whether Jesus was the king of the Jews. Jesus said his kingdom is different. It doesn't come from this world and doesn't work with armies.
He also said: to this end was I born, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. Pilate answered with one of the most famous questions in history: what is truth? He didn't wait for the answer. He walked out.
Question for today
Do I ask the question of truth, and do I wait for the answer?
Prayer
Lord Jesus, you are the truth. Don't let me walk away, like Pilate. Let me listen to your voice. Amen.
