Not a ghost
The disciples were terrified and thought they were seeing a ghost. Jesus invited them to look at him and touch him.
Then he asked if they had anything to eat, and he ate a piece of broiled fish. Luke wants to make it clear: this is no vision and no feeling. The resurrection is bodily. He is real.
