Wages for your work
Paul refers to a word of Jesus we know from Luke: the labourer is worthy of his hire. Whoever brings the gospel may live from it.
But Paul deliberately made no use of it. He worked as a tentmaker, so that nobody could say he was doing it for money. You can have a right and still freely give it up, for a greater purpose.

Which right could I let go of for a greater purpose?
