He that is not against us
John proudly reported that they had stopped someone. The man was casting out demons in Jesus' name, but didn't belong to their group.
Jesus said: forbid him not. Whoever does something good in my name can't lightly speak evil of me. It is a word against us-and-them thinking. God's work is bigger than your church or your circle.

In whom outside my circle do I see God at work?

Lord, keep me from us-and-them thinking. Let me be glad of all the good done in your name, even outside my own circle. Amen.
