Come and see

The disciples asked where Jesus was staying. He gave no address and no explanation, but an invitation. They went with him and stayed with him that day. John even remembers the time: about four in the afternoon.

One of them, Andrew, immediately fetched his brother Simon. A little later Philip says exactly the same thing to the doubting Nathanael: come and see. Faith often doesn't begin with an argument, but with looking.
