Forty days to Easter
The life of Jesus in forty words, from the temple in Jerusalem to Easter morning. Start on Wednesday 17 February 2027 and read every day, Sundays included. Day 33 then falls on Palm Sunday, day 38 on Good Friday and day 40 on Easter Sunday, 28 March 2027. Lent itself begins a week earlier, on Ash Wednesday, because its Sundays are not counted.
